Bradclin House, 3* Graded and AA Highly Recommended,
your "Home Suite Home" is situated in Pinelands, a leafy suburb of Cape
Town and offers our guests a private suite or unit, each with their own entrance.
A swimming pool, Jacuzzi and tranquil garden invite guests to relax.
Bradclin House is very centrally situated for the Honeymoon, Leisure, Adventure
Traveller or Business traveller as we are within easy distance of both the local
business districts and the top tourist attractions. All suites have SkyRove Wi-Fi.
We
pride ourselves on our level of service and hospitality. As one guest wrote "Your
hospitality gives the Hilton group a run for their money!" We aim to please!
Cape Town is a stunning city and we are well situated for you to enjoy all it
has to offer in the way of sight seeing, shopping or gourmet food delights.
Our suites are non-smoking but smoking is permitted in the garden.
Laundry
Service, Internet access, International plugs, beach towels, and toiletries are
available. Airport transfers can be arranged.
Owners, Judelle & James
are able to advise on day excursions. Our in-house information brochure is full
of useful information on Cape Town attractions, excursions, restaurants etc. |
The "Feathers" Suite (Large Apartment)
This spacious unit is well suited to overseas visitors, honeymoon couples or business
corporate stays where a high level of comfort is required.
This suite consists
of a bedroom with double bed, desk, telephone, well equipped kitchen with two-plate
mini stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, kettle, and toaster
and all cutlery & crockery. The comfortable lounge has a lounge suite and
dining table for 4, double sleeper couch, small desk, DSTV, a variety of board
games, magazines and a selection of both fiction and non-fiction books. The bathroom
has a bath and shower plus a separate toilet. The lounge, bedroom, and kitchen
have wall heaters. Doors from both bedroom and lounge open to the private sunroom
and garden area. Linen, towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and electronic
safe are all provided. This suite has its own entrance, secure parking, and its
own alarm system. Children are welcome.
The apartment is serviced
Monday to Saturday.
Servicing on Sundays or Public Holidays is by Special
Request only.
No Service on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Years Day.

The "Captain's Cabin" Suite (1 Bed Apartment)
This unit is ideally suited for both local and overseas holiday makers and business
Travellers.
Fitted with either twin beds or a king (please advise choice)
with an adjoining sunroom equipped with a double sleeper couch, microwave, toaster,
kettle, crockery & cutlery, DSTV and reading material. A large private bathroom
with a corner bath encourages you to relax from the stresses and strains of modern
life! A separate shower completes the picture. The private outside patio has a
large table with 4 chairs. Linen, towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and
safe are all provided. This suite has a private entrance, secure parking and it's
own alarm system. Children are welcome.

The "Pelican Post" Unit (Studio Apartment)
This unit is ideally suited to the business traveller or shorter stay holiday
maker.
This Self-Catering Unit offers bright, open-plan living. Double bed,
comfortable seating, TV for the Sports fanatics (with DVD player and full DSTV)
the bathroom has a shower, and the kitchenette is fully equipped. s
The
unit offers a lovely mountain view, its own entrance, own alarm system and privacy.
This unit is accessed via a Spiral Staircase so is not suitable for the elderly.
No children allowed in this unit.
